禅
心如明珠，于淤泥中纤尘不染 修行的人之所以洒脱，是因为明白：善识其心，善尽其心。通身放下，任花开花落，云卷云舒。那怡然自得的心，如一颗明珠，虽长陷淤泥之中，却纤尘不染。若把握得住，幽寂深山、繁华闹市皆是清幽娴静。于山，则“孤峰顶上一茅棚，老僧半间云半间”，于市，则“十字街头好参禅”。心的力量实在不可思议。佛门难开，心诚则灵。
在顺境中把握当下是一种功夫，在逆境中活在当下更是一种境界。固执己见，容易进入死角，产生心理压力，留下心理阴影，增添身心包袱。转变一个念头，容易使人柳暗花明，转变一个角度，则给思维留一点空间，转变一下思维，就可使人绝处逢生，转变一下心态，就可使人以心转境。起因决定善恶，难易在于心念，我们的命运决定掌握在自己手中！

I (Graeme, Ed of Kaixin with Xiaosui) am a mature age adult and I have never been good a learning a language.
I studied online for 5 years and I knew a LOT about how to speak Chinese.
BUT, I could not speak it!
Then I met a wonderful woman who is to be my wife.
